How HYPƐAR / Ilicon AB collects, uses and protects your personal data.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when ordering, contacting us or using our services: name, address, email, phone number and, where applicable, organisation number. For custom-molded products we also process ear scan data or impressions in order to manufacture your product. Payment is handled by our payment partner; we do not store your card number.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to fulfil and deliver orders, manage customer service, send order confirmations and, where you have agreed, marketing. We may share data with logistics partners for delivery and with payment providers for payment processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and, in certain cases, to have data deleted or restricted. You may also have the right to data portability and to object to certain processing. If you believe we process your data in breach of applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to make the website function correctly and to improve your experience. Session cookies are temporary and deleted when you close your browser.
